At second degree burns , formed as a result of thermal exposure, blisters appear (blisters). They can occur either immediately after the injury, or after a certain time.
Blisters from a burn are areas of skin lesions, inside of which a liquid of yellowish color accumulates. When they rupture, a bright red surface of the germinal skin layer is exposed. Treatment of a burn with a blister
It should be borne in mind that at home, you can treat a thermal burn with the formation of a bladder only if the total lesion area is not more than the size of the palm. If the burns are more extensive, and also located on the face or in the perineal region, you should immediately seek medical help. The first help with blisters with blisters is as follows:
1. After getting the burn, you need to cool the wound as soon as possible. This can be done with the help of cold tap water, ice.

- Chlorhexidine ;
- hydrogen peroxide or the like.
3. The next stage is the opening of the blister. In domestic conditions, the opening of the blister can be performed with a sterile needle from the syringe. After carefully treating the blister itself and the skin around it with an antiseptic, it is pierced, and the contents are cleaned with a sterile napkin or bandage.
4. Then it is necessary to apply antibacterial wound healing cream (cream) and make a dressing. The most suitable for this purpose are such drugs as:
- Levomekol;
- Nesporin;
- Argosulfan;
- Bepanten Plus;
- Sulfargin et al.
The agent should be applied in a thin layer, covered with a bandage or a porous adhesive plaster on top. Dressings should be done several times a day.
5. After 4-5 days, when the blister is formed dead skin, it should be cut with sterilized scissors. Dressings should be carried out until a new layer of skin appears.
