Diet Montignac - menu for the week

The Michel Montignac diet has appeared thanks to numerous studies. She is not hungry and is based on eating healthy food. The scientist offers two stages of weight loss, the first is aimed at getting rid of excess weight, and the second - to fix the result. The essence of the Montignac diet is the use of foods that are selected for the diet with the glycemic index taken into account. Menu for the week of the Montignac Diet

Breakfast . Obligatory eating, the purpose of which is to normalize the pancreas. For this, the juice or fruits that should be eaten on an empty stomach for half an hour before eating are the best suited.
