Gelatin is bred in warm water and left for 15 minutes. This time we sort out the raspberries and put them into a bowl. Pour out the sugar, pour in the water and put the dishes on a slow fire. Bring the raspberries to a boil and mark exactly 15 minutes, stirring. Then we increase the fire and cook jam until ready. At the very end, we pour swollen gelatin and pour out the citric acid. Warm the delicacy for a few more minutes, and then pour the ready-made raspberry jam into clean jars and roll.

Apricot jam with gelatin

Apricots are washed and cleaned of seeds. Then we twist them through a meat grinder and lay out the resulting mashed potatoes in a saucepan. Sugar is mixed with gelatin and fall asleep with this dry mixture of apricots. Leave the mash for about 8 hours, and then put the dishes on a slow fire. We bring the apricot jam to a boil, cook it for 5 minutes, put it into sterilized jars, roll it up and let it cool down.

After that, cook the strawberries for 15 minutes, constantly removing the foam. Next, gently drain half the syrup and crush the berries with a blender. We add citric acid and gelatin diluted in berry syrup. We mix everything thoroughly, put strawberry jam on the fire again and cook until ready.

Cherries are sorted, washed and take out the bones. Then we twist the berries through a meat grinder and transfer it to a bowl. Sugar is combined with gelatin and fall asleep with the resulting mixture of berry mass. We leave the mashed potatoes for 8 hours, after which we heat it and cook for 5 minutes. After that, fill the sterilized jars with hot jam and roll.
