A recipe for ginger tea with cinnamon and calendula
Ingredients:

Ginger tea with cinnamon on milk
Ingredients:
- granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 300 ml;
- cow's milk - 200 ml;
- black tea leaf - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- fresh ginger root - 15 g;
- Ground cardamom - 1 teaspoon;
- cinnamon ground - pinch.
Preparation
In cold water, pour black leaf tea, put ginger, a pinch of cinnamon, pour sugar and put on the stove. Bring to a boil, hold for 5 minutes, and then pour in the milk and mix. When the drink boils again, add ground cardamom, stir and stand the tea on fire for a few more minutes. If you use floral honey instead of granulated sugar in this recipe, then add it at the very end, in a slightly hardened drink, so that the product does not lose its healing properties.
Korean tea with cinnamon and ginger
Ingredients:
- lemon juice - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 300 ml;
- ginger grated - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- honey - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- ground pepper - pinch;
- mint leaves - to taste.
- ground cinnamon - pinch.
Preparation
We boil water, we throw grated ginger, cinnamon, a few mint leaves, mix and carefully filter the drink, adding pepper and lemon juice to it. When the tea is a little cool, put the lime honey and mix until completely dissolved.
Ginger tea with apple, honey and cinnamon
Ingredients:
- fresh ginger - 10 g;
- cinnamon - 2 sticks;
- apple green - 1 piece;
- honey lime - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- boiling water.
Preparation
Ginger is clean, cut into thin slices. Half of the apple is shredded in small lobules. Now put the cinnamon, ginger, apple in the teapot, fill it with boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes. Add the honey, stir and dispense the tea into cups.
Ginger tea with anise and cinnamon
Ingredients:
- lemon grass - 0,5 pcs .;
- anise stars - 3 pcs .;
- cinnamon sticks - 2 pcs .;
- fresh ginger - 30 g;
- honey - 1 tsp.
Preparation
All the ingredients are put in a teapot, add grated lemon zest, a few slices of finely chopped ginger and a little honey. After that, we brew all the ingredients, fill the bay with steep boiling water, give the drink to brew and serve it to the table with honey.
