Preparation of pancakes begins with the treatment of the liver. We carefully rinse it, cut it into pieces if necessary, and grind it in a blender vessel or let it pass through a grinder with a fine grate. To the hepatic mass, pour in the milk, add the eggs, pour in the flour and starch, add the mixture a little and carefully mix it. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and if the mass turned liquid, sprinkle a little more flour or starch.

In parallel with the pancakes we prepare the filling. Peel the onions with small cubes, and carrots are cleaned and processed on a grater. We bake the resulting mixture of liver pancakes on an oiled, heated pan and leave it to cool. After that, we grease the surface of the products with quality mayonnaise, distribute the Korean carrots along the entire perimeter and roll up the rolls. You can leave them whole or cut before serving in two.
