National Aquarium


The National Aquarium of Malta is located in the city of St. Paul's Bay ( Sao Paul Ile Bahar ) and covers an area of ​​about 20,000 square meters. In the territory there are: a public aquarium, city gardens, multi-storey parking for cars, several rooms for diving schools ( diving in Malta is very popular with tourists), a souvenir shop, a beach club and a special information kiosk where you can ask any question of interest and get an answer to it.

The building of the aquarium is built in the shape of a starfish, which is symbolic. Once inside, it's impossible not to get confused by the variety, because you are waiting for 26 aquariums of different sizes with the most unusual inhabitants in them.

The largest aquarium has a diameter of 12 meters. It looks like a tunnel, and there you are waiting for the black and Californian bull sharks, sea eels, stingrays and other underwater inhabitants living in the Indian Ocean.
