Ointment D-Panthenol

Pantothenic acid, which, in fact, is a water soluble vitamin B, is produced by the human body, promoting the regeneration of cells. Ointment D-Panthenol is based on this substance, making up for its deficiency in tissues and allowing to accelerate the healing processes.

Composition of ointment D-Panthenol

The active ingredient of the drug is dexpanthenol, the content of which is 50 mg per gram of the product. Among the auxiliary components: petrolatum, paraffin, lanolin, cholesterol and purified water.

These substances provide good absorption and deep penetration of the ointment into the epidermis and dermis.

The use of D-Panthenol ointment with dexpanthenol

Main indications:

The most frequently used D-Panthenol ointment for burns of various etiologies. The natural fats in the formulation and the concentrated content of dexpanthenol allow you to quickly repair damaged skin structures, renew the cells of the dermis and epidermis, and avoid significant scarring of the tissue.

In addition, the drug in question is excellent for skin care in the cold season, especially when the humidity is high, combined with low temperatures. Vitamin B prevents irritation and redness, it serves as a prevention of cracking of the lips.

Method of application - apply a thin layer of ointment on the cleaned damaged skin, if necessary, pre-disinfect. The frequency of use is from 2 to 7 times a day.

Mothers during lactation are advised to treat the nipples after each breast-feeding.

Ointment D-Panthenol for the face

The described preparation is ideal in the care of dry skin, because it intensively moisturizes and nourishes it, without disturbing the activity of the sebaceous glands and leaving no fatty film on the surface of the epidermis.
