- sour cream - 240 g;

Preparation
In a sauté pan or a deep frying pan with a thick bottom, we pass the onion, previously peeled and chopped with semi- rings, on a hot oil. The washed and dried fillet of chicken breast is cut into slices of medium size and laid to a golden forehead. Give the meat brown, and add ground pepper chili or a small pod of bitter pepper. Bulgarian sweet peppers, cleaned from pedicels and seed boxes, cut into large enough pieces, similar in size to chicken slices, and also put into a frying pan. We hold on the fire for a couple of minutes, add crushed fresh tomatoes, previously rid of skins, and pour tomato juice.
Season the dish with salt, ground black pepper and sweet paprika, squeeze garlic cleaned through the press and let it sit under a lid on moderate heat for thirty minutes.
At the end of the time, add the sour cream mixed with flour, mix it, if necessary, add it and prepare another ten minutes.
