Yana Solomko became famous for participating in the project "Bachelor", where she appeared to us in the image of a girl with magnificent forms that only decorated her. Yana herself told that she was nervous on the project, and her experiences were "stuck" intensely, which led to weight gain. However, after the end of the project, everything fell into place, and Solomko actively took up the correction of the figure.
Yana Solomko, whose height is 171 cm, and the weight was approximately 60 kg at the time of the beginning of the TV project, decided to change the parameters of the weight in the direction of reduction and after the completion of the reality show of the village on a strict diet . The participant of the project herself noted that weight reduction was not too painful for her, because for more than three years she has not eaten meat, preferring fish and seafood.
Yana Solomko decided to adjust her weight and make changes in her visual perception, since, having practically perfect growth, she felt it necessary to lose some kilograms, as she really wanted to look more slender, in comparison with other participants of the project.
How thin was Yana Solomko?
For today the project has already been left behind, and how Ian Solomko lost weight, she tells herself how about something quite ordinary, and believes that such a result is quite possible, if you really want to. According to Yana, this requires only:
- lead a healthy lifestyle;
- with optimism to look at life and see positive aspects in it;
- daily exercise;
- limiting the use of carbohydrates , in particular, sweet;
- include vegetables, fruits and boiled meat in the menu;
- categorically reject the consumption of fast food;
- the last meal should be no later than 19.00;
- and, of course, do not forget to drink pure non-carbonated water, which needs at least two liters a day.
That's all - nothing complicated, so says Jan Solomko, whose perseverance and dedication have brought her an excellent result - Yana Solomko lost 21 kg.
