This option is less common due to the fact that it includes jam - a this product is known to be very caloric. So if you weigh 50 kg and want to reset to 47, it's unlikely you will succeed. For girls with a weight above 65 kilograms this option may well be suitable, since their body generally needs more calories, which means that the proposed diet fully meets all the goals. So, get some jam jars or one jar of honey.
