Tomato Diet

Tomato diet is one of the best diets for late summer and autumn. It was during this period that the shelves burst from ripe, juicy, fragrant and delicious tomatoes, which, in addition to their pleasant taste, also delight in their low calorie content.

Monodiet for 10 days

Do not want to memorize complex food systems and cook three times a day? With this option, everything is incredibly simple!

  1. Every day, only 1.5 kg of tomatoes, spices, a little olive oil or 10% of sour cream (not more than one spoonful per day!) Is allowed for food, at the most - one thin slice of rye bread.
  2. The diet described above, that is, tomatoes with modest additives, should be taken in equal parts 5-6 times a day.
  3. 15-30 minutes before meals you need to drink a glass of water, and also drink during the day - in total not less than two liters of water. This is actually very important!

That's the whole system - it brings the same fast result as all effective mono-kits. So you not only enrich the body with fiber and vitamins, but also lose about 10 to 5 kg in 10 days, depending on how much you are overweight. If you have a diet accompanied by a bad state of health, interrupt her. It will give an effect even if you spend only 3-5 days on it.

Diet on cucumbers and tomatoes

Alternating mono-diets is an excellent way not only to lose weight, but also to enrich the body with useful substances. All the conditions described above work also, however, you alternate the main product: on even-numbered days - tomatoes, on odd - cucumbers (or vice versa). Alternatively, you can alternate two days, and not one at a time. Using this option, you are less likely to overload the body with the same substances. This, though not a balanced diet, is still better than eating the same product, besides, in terms of well-being it's much easier to transfer.

Diet on tomatoes

This option is much more diverse - you can eat dishes from tomatoes and additional products. To adhere to such a diet you need 10-14 days, and you will lose about 2-4 kg. To make it easier to understand, we offer an approximate menu for each day:

  1. Breakfast: tomato salad with greens, 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese with 10% sour cream or 1% kefir, green tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: tomato soup, boiled rice and a slice of chicken breast (either buckwheat with a piece of boiled beef, or vegetables with baked fish).
  3. Afternoon snack: tomato salad, tea.
  4. Dinner: stewed tomatoes, stuffed with courgettes or brown rice, a portion of beans.

Prohibited: sweet, salted, pickled, smoked, spicy, fatty, alcoholic.

The tomato diet in this case is quite easy. It is important not to forget that each serving should only fit on a small salad plate. Snack between meals can be apples (1-2 per day, not more).

Diet on tomato juice

The diet, including rice and tomato juice, is transferred quite simply, it can easily last from one to two weeks.

  1. Morning: a glass of tomato juice, a couple of sandwiches from rye bread and low-fat cottage cheese, an apple (or pear, kiwi, grapefruit, orange, strawberry, cherry, peach - to choose from).
  2. Day (lunch): a glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of boiled brown (preferably) rice without adding oil with vegetable garnish, 100 grams of boiled fish.
  3. Day (afternoon snack): apple (or other fruit except banana and grapes), a glass of tomato juice.
  4. Evening: a small cutlet from ground beef, one or two tomatoes, 50 grams of brown rice, a glass of tomato juice.

Weight loss with strict adherence to the principles will be 2-3.5 kg per week, depending on the amount of excess weight. This diet is not fully balanced, so sticking it for longer than two weeks is not recommended!
