Pasta with caviar

Pasta - or as they say in the post-Soviet space "pasta" - is one of the most popular products in many countries of the world. If the paste is made of durum wheat (look for the inscription "Group A" on the package), then, on condition of proper preparation, it is a useful and tasty product. Pasta is also convenient because it is prepared very quickly.

First, prepare the sauce: add the cream to the chopped garlic and season with hot red pepper. Let while the creamy sauce is infused.

In the boiling water in the pan, throw the pasta and cook al dente for 8-10 minutes, no more, and throw it back into the colander. In washing, quality paste does not need. We lay out the ready-made pasta in a serving dish, pour the sauce (it can be filtered through a strainer). We put the right amount of caviar on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with greens. Before meals mix with a fork. Bread is not needed. To such a delicious dish you can serve a glass of light table white or pink wine, grappa, gin, vodka or berry tincture.

The dish can be somewhat complicated and made more interesting, serve pasta with caviar and slices of salmon or salmon, it is also good to add boiled peeled shrimps - so generally it will turn out luxuriously.

If you want to give a pan-Asian flavor, add a little soy sauce to the creamy sauce.

Of course, instead of expensive salmon caviar, any other low-salinity game, preferably from sea ​​fish, but you can also use caviar eggs, for example.
