They say that Pilates is recommended to those to whom everything else is contraindicated. In many ways, this is so. In order to engage in this sport you need to have the strength to reach the gym, nothing more is required from you. In exchange, Pilates can help you get rid of extra pounds, improve your posture, the work of all organs, improve your stretching and balance your psyche.
It is especially recommended to engage in pilates in diseases of the musculoskeletal system - osteochondrosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, arthrosis, hernia, dislocations and sprains - this is not yet a complete list of indications for pilates. Harm
Contraindications to pilates and their non-compliance and cause the greatest harm to people. Despite the fact that most contraindications are temporary, they, nevertheless, should be looked at:
