Potatoes with sausages

Sometimes I want to make something simple and satisfying, and not to bother, and quickly. This approach to the organization of everyday meals is well known not only to lonely and busy people, but also to those who prepare daily for the family.

It is very simple to cook potatoes with sausages. Sausages choose quality (usually they are not cheap), from proven manufacturers.

Fried potatoes with sausages

Preparation

Peeled potatoes are cut randomly and fry in a frying pan in a gentle mode (preferably in pork or chicken fat), and sausages boil for 3 minutes in boiling water. That's all ready, served with a spicy tomato sauce (tomato paste + garlic + hot red pepper) and / or mustard and herbs.

In a healthier version, potatoes (like sausages) are better cooked and mashed (or not purried). And with a green onion.

Preparation

We cut the Armenian lavash into strata of rectangular shape, as a stuffing we use mashed potatoes mixed with chopped herbs and cut into strips of bread full of breaded sausage (it is convenient - every 4 pieces along). Or you can crash the sausages and use them as a large mince, mixed with mashed potatoes and greens. We wrap like rolls or pancakes and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Mashed potatoes (of course, it's good to cook it with the addition of natural cream or milk and butter) mixed with very finely chopped sausages (cubes) or, if you like, circles. We add eggs, flour, spices, chopped greens and garlic. Thoroughly mix.

The form is greased with fat and filled with potato-sausage mass. Bake in the oven for 25-40 minutes (depending on the temperature and design of a particular oven). Ready casserole sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped greens. And wait 15 minutes until the cheese melts. A little more cold, and you can cut into portions and serve, for example, with hot compote or fermented milk products.
