Roll with cottage cheese

Cottage cheese is a remarkable sour-milk product, typical for the countries of Northern and Eastern Europe. Curd is obtained by fermenting milk with subsequent separation of whey. Cottage cheese is delicious in a mixture with sour cream or flavored with other additives (honey, jam, greens, boiled eggs, fruits, nuts). Also, cottage cheese can be used in cooking and various more complex dishes, for example, rolls.

Ingredients:

Slightly salted cottage cheese to taste, if it is too dry, you can add a little thick sour cream or melted butter. Also add finely chopped greens, carved through a hand-press garlic and a well-chopped hot red pepper (fresh or dry ground). You can also add chopped sweet fresh red pepper. And, if you want, any dried ground spices. All carefully mix, cut out the Armenian lavash pieces of the right size oblong or triangular shape and roll the rolls with curd filling. You can slightly bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

Pancake roll with cottage cheese

Preparation

Bake a few large pancakes (or buy rectangular-shaped pancakes in the house kitchen). Make the filling the same as in the previous recipe (see above).

You can bake rolls with cottage cheese, using various types of dough (yeast fresh or butter, flaky, bezdorozhevoe on kefir or sour cream, etc.).

From puff and other types of dough, it is good to bake rolls filled with grated hard cheese (or pickle brinza) with cottage cheese. Take cottage cheese 2/3 part or 3/4, and cheese, respectively, 1/3 or 1/4 part of the total. Greenery, garlic and spices to taste of such stuffing too will not harm, however it is possible to manage and without them.

Yeast or puff pastry can be bought at different shops or points of catering, and you can tinker with cooking yourself.

Recipe for potato and carrot roll with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

To begin with, we knead the dough: mix the mashed potatoes with the egg and flour (we correct the consistency with flour). In any way, we form an oblong layer about 1.5 cm thick and lay it on a foil sheet, greased.

Then you can tackle and stuffing: mix salted curds with grated carrots, chopped greens, chopped garlic and spices, season with hot red pepper and mix thoroughly.

We spread the stuffing on the potato dough and wrap it in a roll. Bake in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. We unfold the foil, cool it and cut it into slices. We serve as a separate dish.

Using curd filling (the same as in the above recipes), you can bake a meatloaf with cottage cheese.

Meatloaf with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

Preparation

In the minced meat, add the bulb, well ground in a combine or blender, eggs, ground spices and flour. Thoroughly mix and spread on a sheet of greased foil in the form of a rectangular formation. We spread the curd filling from above along and wrap it with rolls. Pack from the edges and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at medium temperature. Before cutting and you need to cool.
