Roulettes with garlic and cheese

Meat rolls with cheese and garlic can be well prepared on weekends or on a festive occasion. This dish is easy to prepare, but it is excellent and quite appetizing, yes, and in general, tasty and satisfying.

Tell you how to prepare rolls with cheese and garlic. We need flat and large enough pieces of meat, which we slightly beat off and we will wrap up cheese stuffing in them.

Rolls of pork with Dutch cheese and garlic

Ingredients:

Still need wooden toothpicks (before cooking put them in a cup of cold water).

Preparation

Meat cut into flat pieces about 1.5 cm thick and beat off the chef's hammer on both sides. Mix mayonnaise (or cream) with mustard, we add garlic, pressed through a hand press, into this mixture. Season with dry ground spices to your taste. Thoroughly mix. Cheese rub on medium or large grater.

With the help of a brush, plentifully smear the chopped pieces of meat with the resulting sauce from one side. Grate gratefully with grated cheese, but so that 1-2 centimeters with the edge left freely (you can move a knife). Add a few branches of greenery. Gently roll the rolls and chop with wet toothpicks. Or you can wrap each roll with chef threads in a spiral. Now we must decide whether we will roast rolls or bake. Of course, the second way of cooking is more healthy, and therefore it is preferable.

If you decide to fry, it is better to use a pigmilk for this. Frying, turning sometimes with a spatula, to a uniform beautiful golden hue. If you used thread - before serving, they must be removed, and if the toothpicks, then carefully pull it out. But, of course, it's better to bake the rolls in the oven. In this version, we spread them on a greased baking tray and bake in for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius.

Before feeding it is good to place the rolls under the press and cool in this position - so they will be easier to cut into slices. Serve with greenery, with fresh vegetables or fruit. If you need a side dish - it can be almost anything.

Chicken rolls with cheese and garlic are cooked exactly the same way (see above), but instead of pork meat we use chicken fillet, taken from the breast or meat from the thighs.

To light meat rolls it is good to serve light table wine or beer.
