Salad "Tenderness" with ham

We all had to prepare salads with ham. They, of course, are very tasty and hearty, but sometimes you want something more fresh and light, it is for such cases that the "Tenderness" salad is created. It is immediately understandable that the salad has its name due to the gentle and pleasant taste, besides, it is very simple and quickly prepared and is suitable for any hot dish.

Before you prepare a salad "Tenderness" with ham, you need to prepare all the ingredients. The ham itself is cut into cubes, cucumbers, clean, if they have dense peels, and also cut into cubes. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. With corn drain the liquid, and the granules themselves are mixed with the already prepared ingredients. Grind the greens and add to the salad. We fill the dish with mayonnaise to taste and season with salt and pepper.

Bulgarian pepper is cut as thin as possible, it can be rubbed on a special grater for vegetables. Similarly, we treat the peeled cucumber as well. Preliminarily remove the watery core from the cucumber so that the salad does not turn out to be excessively liquid. The ham is also cut into strips. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed.

Take a kremanku, or a cocktail glass and begin to lay our layers of salad. First put a layer of pepper, followed by ham, eggs, cucumber and cheese at the end. Each layer of salad can be soaked with mayonnaise, and you can cover the top of the salad with plenty of sauce.

Cucumbers are mine, peeled and cut into cubes. Similarly, chop and cooked ham. Cheese three on a large grater. Marinated mushrooms cut into strips, or thin plates. Put all the prepared ingredients in the salad bowl.

To make a dressing in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sour cream. To the resulting sauce, add crushed herbs, salt and pepper. We fill the salad and leave it soaked in the refrigerator before serving an hour 1,5-2.
