Chicken cut into thick chunks and put in a deep bowl with mushrooms. Fill mushrooms and hen with half of the filling, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. We warm up the grill or frying pan and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side. Mushrooms fry after about 4-5 minutes. Chop chicken and champignons into slices.
