Caesar salad with shrimps

Ingredients:
- shrimp - 4 pcs. (per serving);
- sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- lime juice - 1/4 of a century;
- mayonnaise (good quality) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sesame oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- fish sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil - half a century;
- lettuce - 1 head;
- cheese "Parmesan" - 150 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Preparation
Sesame seeds fry without oil until browning (2-3 minutes).
Lime juice, mayonnaise, sesame oil, fish sauce, garlic and vegetable oil whisk in a blender until smooth. Sdabrivaem dressing with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
For salad:
- noodles - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- shrimps - 300 g;
- bean sprouts - 75 g;
- mint, coriander - 1/4 tbsp.
For refueling:
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- fish sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lime juice - 80 ml;
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 1 clove.
Preparation
Shrimp we clean and fry. Sugar, fish sauce and lime juice is mixed until the dissolution of the first, then add sliced chili and garlic.
Noodles are prepared according to the instructions on the package and placed in a bowl. Add to the noodles sliced carrots, cucumber (pre-seeded), bean sprouts and herbs. We dress the salad with a sauce and serve it to the table, laying over the portion of shrimp.
