You can use any minced meat for this casserole. In our case, it is a mixture of beef and pork in equal proportions. We pass meat with one bulb through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper. Potatoes, onions, blue peeled and cut into circles, sprinkled with spices. Tomatoes, too, cut with ringlets. The form is oiled and spread the ingredients in layers, lubricating each with mayonnaise, in this order: 1/2 part potatoes, half aubergines, half tomatoes, forcemeat, onions and again: potatoes, aubergines and tomatoes. Cover the form with foil, bake in the oven for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. For 15 minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil and sprinkle casserole with grated cheese, and then put it back in the oven.

Chicken fillet is passed through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Forcemeat from the frying pan is removed, and in the remaining fat fry the chopped onion rings. Next, champignons cut into plates and also fry on a small amount of oil. Fry better in an open frying pan, because we need all the liquid to evaporate. Broccoli is divided into inflorescences and boiled for 4-5 minutes. Zucchini preferably take young without seeds, then they can not be peeled. We rub them on a large grater, squeeze the juice.

Now combine all vegetables with chicken, salt, pepper and mix. Eggs beat with sour cream and mustard. Spread into a baking dish and pour the resulting mixture. We bake a vegetable casserole in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

Boiled meat let's go through a meat grinder, fry onion until golden, then add meat to onions, salt and pepper. Potatoes and carrots cook until half cooked, clean. We rub potatoes on a large grater. Carrots cut into plates. Cabbage finely shred and grind with salt. Lay out the ingredients in layers in shape: potatoes, meat, cabbage and carrots. Top with a mixture of sour cream with melted butter. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the casserole with finely chopped herbs.
