The diet of separate food is a very unusual situation for the average person. Favorite side dishes for meat like potatoes or pasta are prohibited, and salads with a complex composition do not fall out of the menu at all. However, even with such a complex system, you can choose meals of separate food that will be quick and easy to prepare.
Combination of products with separate food
A sample menu of separate food can be made only if you know all the principles like "Our Father". Just in case, we repeat them:
- proteins can not be combined with either fats or carbohydrates - only with neutral products;
- dairy products, melon and watermelon in general can not be combined with other products;
- One meal can not be consumed by several types of carbohydrates or several types of protein - only one type of food intake;

Carbohydrate dishes:
- potato salad. Mix in equal parts chopped boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper and add olive oil. Instead of tomatoes, you can take pickled cucumbers;
- lean borsch. Prepare borscht as usual, but without roasting and without meat broth;
- potato soup. Prepare the mashed potatoes as usual and dilute it with potato broth until the consistency of the liquid sour cream. Serve with crumbs;
- vareniki with potatoes or cabbage. Knead the dough out of the water, a glass of flour and a pinch of salt. In the rest everything is as usual;
- fried zucchini. Squash, wash the seeds, cut into cubes, fry in a small amount of butter, at the end salt, pepper, squeeze out garlic and herbs, put out for 3 minutes.
Of all these recipes for separate meals, the menu for the week is quite easy to make. And it will be quite diverse!
Separate diet as a diet: menu
If you use a separate diet as a two-week diet, the diet should be made simple. For example, use these examples of nutrition per day. Option one:
- Breakfast: low-fat ham, boiled egg, low-fat yogurt without sweeteners.
- Lunch: a portion of grilled chicken without skin, garnish - stewed vegetables (except for starchy).
- Dinner: potatoes baked in a uniform, salad from cucumbers and tomatoes.
Option two:
- Breakfast: a piece of baked in the oven beef and a half of grapefruit.
- Lunch: boiled rice with vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, etc.).
- Dinner: low-fat cottage cheese with skimmed yogurt without sugar.
During the day you can afford a glass of yogurt or an apple as a snack.
