The most important of them is the culture of the people, peculiarities of language and traditions, upbringing and the level of development and education of a person.

Speech does not exist for the sake of beautiful words and verbal constructions. Its main purpose is to help people interact. Proceeding from this, the main features of speech behavior are:

• speech is always directed at a specific audience;
• speech always has a purpose;
• the nature of speech is determined by the situation;
• verbal behavior is determined by a set of rules, but at the same time always has an individual character.

Speech Behavior Strategies

Speech behavior must necessarily lead to a definite result. Improperly constructed communication can cause a person to not achieve what he wants. Speech behavior implies a consciousness of the situation and a search for a direction to influence the interlocutors in order to achieve the goal of communication.

Strategies of speech behavior are widely used in advertising and marketing. They are based on the laws of logic and psychology of influence.

Types of speech behavior

Types of speech behavior are determined by the level of human development, features of mental activity and psyche. Depending on the this distinguishes such types of participants in communication:

• system operators - are accurate in statements, like figures, they are difficult to react to changes in speech situation;
• thinkers like to reflect, they are capable of interesting conclusions, but sometimes they are taken away from the main topic of the conversation;
• poets - are fluent in all the variety of language, they can tell beautiful stories, but it is difficult for them to build scientific reports and reports;
• leaders - always keep their audience in the field of vision, they are able to influence well and prove their rightness.

Although the ethics of verbal behavior has clear rules, each of these types will apply them in their own way, taking into account their goals and characteristics.
