Tortilla with cheese

Tortilla with cheese is a wonderful snack, which is convenient to take with you and serve both hot and cold. Inside a thin cake you can put almost any stuffing, we chose cheese.

Tortilla with ham and cheese

Cream cheese whisk with a soft butter until smooth and season the resulting mixture with salt, pepper, chopped herbs and dried garlic to taste. Lubricate cakes with the resulting mass and cover with thin slices of ham. On one of the edges of the lubricated tortilla we put the feathers of green onions and turn everything into a roll. Cut the tortillas into slices the size of one vinegar.

Tortilla with cheese and bacon

Bacon cut into large slices, put into a frying pan and fry until golden crust and light crunch. Mushrooms cut into plates or quarters. Mix the grated hard cheese with curd, mushrooms, crushed and roasted crispy bacon. We spread the cream cheese over the tortilla, lay the leaves of the arugula and grated cheese with mushrooms. We fold the olive-cheese tortilla with rolls and serve.

In a frying pan, we warm up a tablespoon of butter and fry on it minced meat from hot sausages to golden color. We remove the meat from the frying pan, and fry the onion with fried onions until soft and golden. We beat eggs with greens, salt and pepper, from the resulting mixture we prepare an omelet.

Lubricate the tortilla with sauce (you can mix the sauce with roasted minced meat and cover the tortillas with it), distribute it on a roast of onions, minced meat and scrambled eggs. Sprinkle all the cheese and turn into a roll. Fry the cheese tortillas in a frying pan on both sides until the cheese melts. We serve tortillas with hot stuffing. Bon Appetit!
