As already mentioned, the main element in vipassana technology is breathing. But this is not the only thing that you need to be able to do to carry out this practice. There is a special posture for meditation - the lotus posture, known in many respects to the practices of Buddhist monks, when the legs are crossed so that they are on opposite hips, and the hands lie quietly on their knees. The meaning of this pose is that, judging by the teachings, the body thus forms a kind of circle, without sharp ends, from where the energy could flow. Round objects, following this theory, do not lose their energy and can only be replenished from outside. That is why it is believed that the planets and stars are all round in shape - otherwise they would have gone out long ago and ceased to exist.

Breathing is very important in meditation. It is considered to be the strongest and deepest mantra. Meditation in general is the art of being unoccupied. You must learn to devote a few seconds to doing nothing. It sounds much easier than it seems, because in fact we absolutely do not know how to be like that. Always something busy or worried, and just sitting on a chair without moving - for many may be a problem. Vipassana meditation technique is to relax, take the right pose and give yourself completely to your breathing. Watch him, but do not try to control. According to the teachings of the Buddha, when we inhale, but have not yet had time to exhale, there are a couple of seconds of time until we breathe and do not think, and it is these two seconds and the most important. Gradually they turn into minutes and even hours when the mind stops working, the body breathes, but continues to live, and the person gets the opportunity to perceive reality as it is, opens his eyes to the world, there is an insight.
