The basis of the puff cake with plums is puff pastry. You can buy ready-made dough, you can cook yourself. In a puffed pie with plums, a few less juicy varieties are drained than in other pies - otherwise the bottom of the pie will look like sticky mush. In general, to ensure that the bottom of the pie does not become wet and unpleasant, it is advised to use bread crumbs or semolina. So, roll the puff pastry into a circle with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the mold in which the cake will be baked. Distribute the dough in the form to get the sides, knit the bottom with a fork and sprinkle with crumbs or semolina. Put the plums down on the bottom and bake the cake for about half an hour. Prepare the fill: mix half a liter of warm milk, half a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, warm up, then add the gelatin (25-30 g). When the mixture has cooled down, pour it a puff cake with plums and take it for an hour in the refrigerator.
