- sugar - 700 g;
- citric acid - 2 g.
Preparation
We peeled the strawberries, washed them and dried them. We prepare sweet syrup from water and sugar. We spread the berries on cans, pour hot syrup and insist for about an hour. Then drain the liquid into a saucepan, boil again and throw the citric acid. Fill cans with syrup and sterilize 15-20 minutes. We roll up the compote with lids, turn it over, wrap it with a warm blanket and leave it to cool.
Compote of strawberries for the winter without sterilization
Ingredients:
- purified water - 2.5 liters;
- sugar - 1 item;
- wild strawberry forest - 800 g.
Preparation
Prepare the banks with lids: mine them, boil them and drain them. We remove the strawberries, remove the spoiled berries and tear off the stems. After that, we discard it in a colander, wash it and spread it over the jars. We boil the water, pour in the sugar, mix and pour the hot syrup over the jars and leave for a few hours. Then carefully filter it, pour into a saucepan, boil and re-fill the berries. We roll up the preservation with lids, turn it over, cover with a blanket and leave it to cool.

Preparation

- strawberry garden - 150 g;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- grapes - 200 g.
Preparation
So, put a pan filled with water on the fire and leave it to warm up. This time we prepare the berry: we remove the grapes from the brushes and thoroughly rinse them. We process the strawberries, rinse, tear off the peduncles and dry them.
