Preparation

Brew tea is best in a traditional ceramic teapot (although if necessary, you can use other dishes, glass, for example, only not plastic or metal). Green teas usually brew only beginners to boil with water, with the appearance of the first bubbles (this state of water is called a "white key"). In any case, the optimum temperature for brewing green teas is from 80 to 90 ° C, preferably closer to 80 ° C. Currently, produce electric kettles that bring water to the desired temperature, they are very convenient.

We rinse the ceramic kettle with boiling water, lay tea in it with the peeled and chopped (chopped knife) spine of fresh ginger. Fill with boiling water for 2/3 of the volume or 3/4 (in the Vietnamese version, a full kettle at once). After 3-5 minutes, add water to the full volume. We are waiting for another 3 minutes, pour a teapot into the bowl of a little tea and pour it back into the kettle. You can repeat this action 2-3 times. We are waiting for another couple of minutes, pour tea into cups or cups for 2/3 of the volume and drink, warm, enjoy, meditate. After drinking the first brew tea it makes sense to brew it in the second and, probably, the third time, but not later than 2 hours from the first brew. If you keep longer, in the tea will be formed extremely unfit for the human body substances. By the way, when you pour water for the second, and even more so, for the third brew, it is not necessary to fill the kettle to the full volume.

You can add a bowl or a cup of green tea with ginger a slice of lemon, and who wants a sweet - a spoonful of honey. Of course, tea in the bowl should not be hot, but only warm, as honey dissolves in hot water and forms harmful compounds.
