Summer refreshing cocktails

Summer cocktails can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic, but in any case, their main vocation is to refresh. We collected a few summer fresh, designed to combat heat.

Summer refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail with basil

Leaves of basil are washed and dried. Put them in a saucepan along with sugar and water. We put the mixture on medium heat and cook until the sugar dissolves. Remove the hot syrup from the heat and leave to cool. During the cooling the leaves will give all their essential oils, enriching the syrup with its taste and aroma. Now it remains to remove the leaves and divide the syrup into 6 portions. Dilute the syrup with fresh water and ice, reaching the required degree of sweetness of the drink. In the finished cocktail it remains to add a slice of lemon.

How to prepare a summer refreshing cocktail "Mojito"?

Mojito - a favorite for many summer refreshing drink, which can be prepared both in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. In our case, the traditional recipe will complement the pineapple.

Mix all the ingredients of the drink in a tall glass. Pepper mint separately using a wooden spoon or pestle, and add to the glass to the rest of the ingredients. We supplement the drink with crushed ice and decorate with fresh mint, slices of lemon and pineapple.

Recipe for a summer refreshing cocktail made from peaches and tea

Ingredients:

Preparation

Tea bags are filled with 6 cups of boiling water and leave to boil for 5 minutes. From the brewed tea we remove the sachets and leave it to cool for the time of preparation of the remaining ingredients.

Peaches are peeled and peeled with 1/4 cup sugar in a blender. We grind the resulting mashed potatoes through a sieve.

From half a glass of sugar, cook the syrup. For its preparation, sugar simply melt in a saucepan, and then leave to cool completely. The finished syrup is added to the tea, we also send the peach puree there. If desired, the drink can be made stronger by adding 300 ml of gin. Now green tea with peaches remains completely chilled.

To feed into the glass, pour the crushed ice and put the pieces of peaches. Top with green tea and finish the drink with champagne to taste. If you want to make a completely non-alcoholic version of the drink, then replace champagne with sparkling water.
