How to store cranberries at home?

The only drawback of this method is the excessive wateriness that the fetus acquires.

You can store wet cranberries in the refrigerator, or on the balcony. This berry absolutely does not lose its healing properties, it is perfect for cooking jelly, or cooking baked goods and, mainly, for consumption in fresh form with sugar or honey.

Another notorious way of storing any berry, fruit, or vegetable is frost, cranberry in this case, too, was no exception. Before freezing, the berries must be cleaned again, rinsed thoroughly with cold water and dried completely. We pack dry berries on plastic bags, making portions of berries such that they are sufficient for one use, since it is strictly forbidden to re-freeze the berries. Ice-cream cranberries are used in the same way as fresh cranberries : they cook cranberry mors , add to baked goods and desserts, they are used as a basis for sauce.

The next way will certainly be to the liking of sweet tooth, because it uses almost a classic combination of cranberries with sugar. In order to prepare the active, and besides a very tasty remedy for the common cold, it is enough to combine cranberries with an equal amount of sugar and to pass through a meat grinder, or to grind in a blender. Ready mass can be crossed through a sieve for greater uniformity. Keep cranberries, rubbed with sugar quite simply, you just need to spread the mass over the jars, and closing with plastic lids, put in the refrigerator.

The berries of the second harvest, which are harvested after the first frosts, are usually juicier and tastier, they should be stored simply in the refrigerator, or rubbed with sugar.

"Podsnezhnye" berries are very tasty and sweet, however, they are used immediately, they are not suitable for storage, because they practically lose their useful properties almost immediately.
