Krupenik in the multivark

Krupenik - light curd or sour casserole, combining in itself, in fact, the very curd base, and any boiled cereals, most often - buckwheat. It's very simple to cook a burrs and without the help of special devices, but if you have a multivark at hand, cooking becomes even easier.

Buckwheat is boiled in barely salted water until ready. We give the croup to cool slightly, and in the meantime we undertake to prepare the curd base. Chicken eggs are combined with sugar until a smooth white mass is formed, and then add a pinch of salt, a little sour cream and whisk together again. Cottage cheese weed with a fork or whisk with a blender so as to get rid of large lumps, and then mix everything with the egg and boiled buckwheat.

Lubricate the bowl of the device with oil and evenly distribute in it the basis for the groat, the more smooth the surface, the more uniformly the grated rump. We set the mode "Baking" on the device. Time is set automatically, but if this does not happen, manually set 60 minutes. After an hour, check the readiness of the buckwheat groats in the multivark: if the casserole is ready, completely cool it, and then remove it from the bowl, if not - leave the device on the "warmer" until the casserole is cooked.

We connect a warm wheat with a sour cream base and spread out the mixture for krupenik in the oiled bowl of the multivark. We set the mode "Baking" on the device and the time is 60 minutes. After an hour, let the coarse grindstone cool completely, and remove it from the device.

Serve as a simple curd cheese casserole : cut into slices with sour cream, jam, condensed milk, syrup or cream. Also, if desired, together with millet croup you can put chopped dried fruits, for example, raisins and dried apricots.
