Krupenik - light curd or sour casserole, combining in itself, in fact, the very curd base, and any boiled cereals, most often - buckwheat. It's very simple to cook a burrs and without the help of special devices, but if you have a multivark at hand, cooking becomes even easier.

Ingredients:
- buckwheat groats - 1/2 st .;
- cottage cheese - 240 g;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sour cream - 60 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- salt - pinch.
Preparation
Buckwheat is boiled in barely salted water until ready. We give the croup to cool slightly, and in the meantime we undertake to prepare the curd base. Chicken eggs are combined with sugar until a smooth white mass is formed, and then add a pinch of salt, a little sour cream and whisk together again. Cottage cheese weed with a fork or whisk with a blender so as to get rid of large lumps, and then mix everything with the egg and boiled buckwheat.
Lubricate the bowl of the device with oil and evenly distribute in it the basis for the groat, the more smooth the surface, the more uniformly the grated rump. We set the mode "Baking" on the device. Time is set automatically, but if this does not happen, manually set 60 minutes.
