In a small saucepan pour 100 ml of water, add 50 ml of vegetable oil, flour and a pinch of salt, mix and bring the mixture to a boil. Then, the dough is cooled and cleaned in the refrigerator for about an hour, and then mixed with 2 beaten eggs.

Boiled chicken meat is passed through a meat grinder and mixed with a beaten egg. The dough is divided into 2 parts. One of them is mixed with half the shredded greenery, and the second - with ground red pepper. With a teaspoon, take the dough and drop it into the boiling chicken broth . Similarly, we do the same with chicken forcemeat. When the meatballs and dumplings are ready, they float to the surface. Sprinkle the soup with meatballs and dumplings with chopped herbs and serve it to the table.

Soup with cheese dumplings

As soon as the meat is ready, we take it out, cut it into cubes and then set it aside. In the bowl, spread curd cheese, let the garlic through the press and fry in olive oil until golden. When it cools down a little, add it to the curd cheese, mix it, then add the tomato paste, chopped parsley, grated cheese, egg and flour.

Knead the dough, it should be of medium density. In the boiling broth, spread a teaspoon of dough, add turmeric and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Dumplings should surface. Add the pepper, cut into cubes, chicken meat into the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. Chicken soup with cheese dumplings can be served immediately to the table.

Ready meat is taken out of the broth and crushed, and in a boiling liquid with a spoon we lower one dumpling, if it suddenly spreads out, then you need to add flour.
