Plum herb at home

Now, when there are lots of juicy fruits of different types of plums everywhere, and the shelves of your pantry are already full of boiled jam, juice, compote and sauce - it's time to think about preparing a pasta from these wonderful fruits. And, of course, we have already prepared for you several recipes of plum candy, in which we will describe in detail how to prepare it properly and tasty at home.

Recipe for plum pastille at home on the dryer

Carefully washed, plucked fruits of the plum on the halves and extract unnecessary bones. Put them in a stainless steel saucepan. Cover them with water and put them on the cooked plate cook until the pulp becomes loose and the peel does not wrinkle. We throw the plums in a large deep colander and, substituting a wide bowl for it, wipe the fruit into it so that only the skins remain from them, which we then discard. In the frayed flesh pour fine sugar, add a little water and, mixing, it's good to rub it all. Send this cup to a smoldering fire, bring the plum mass to a boil and cook until it becomes a bit thick. Next, remove, cool and, applying a thinly smearing the resulting thick plum puree over a lightly oiled parchment, with which we have covered the pallets of the dryer. We install all the smeared sheets in the appliance and, putting the temperature at 65 degrees, dry the pastille for 30 hours. Next, cut the dried circles into wide, long plates and twist them with beautiful tubes.

Recipe for apple-plum candy in the oven

We remove the sweet apples from the peel and hearts, and then we also process the plums. Slices of plum together with the cut slices of apples are distributed on the oiled parchment with which the baking sheet was made and put it for baking in the center heated to 150 degrees oven temperature, somewhere for 25 minutes.

Transfer the baked fruit into a large bowl of the blender, add here a little water, fine granulated sugar and whip at a high speed to homogeneity of the total mass. Pour it on a baking tray so that the height of the fruit mass is not more than one centimeter and again we send everything into the oven. Temperature is reduced to 75 degrees and dried pastille for 7 hours, not forgetting to turn it over after the first 3.5 hours. With scissors or a sharp knife, we cut the whole pastille into long, not very wide strips and fold them with neat rolls.

Plum jelly with nuts at home

Ingredients:

Preparation

Yard walnuts crushed into fairly small pieces, pour them into a container with plum jam and mix well. The surface of the baking sheet is completely covered with parchment, we drip a little vegetable oil on it and very carefully rub it. Now spread on it jam with nuts, using a spatula, level with a uniform thin layer and send the sheet to the oven. We set the temperature at 70 degrees and, without covering the doors of the cabinet, dry the pastille for at least 9 hours, only it will need to turn it over half the time set. Then cut the ready-made plum jam on the comfortable stripes, beautifully turn them off, and after that, we rub out the sifted sugar powder.
