Peat pie

We are pleased with lovers of homemade cakes and gatherings with relatives over tea-drinking - we will tell the recipe of curd peat pie. It comes out very tender and incredibly tasty. And it's very easy to cook it.

Rinse the softened butter with 150 g of sugar. Add cocoa and sifted flour. All this is ground to the state of crumbs. For the filling, grind the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, sour cream and eggs. In the resulting cottage cheese we add vanilla sugar and starch. Stir thoroughly. The bottom of the form is lined with baking paper and about half the chocolate chips are poured out. Carefully level and top spread the curd mass. On it again we put a layer of chocolate crumbs. At 180 degrees, we bake for about 50 minutes. Then peat pie with cottage cheese completely cool, cut into slices and serve for tea.

Preparation

Butter is softened at room temperature, and then rubbed with sugar and cocoa. Then we pour the sifted flour with soda and grind it all in crumbs simply with hands.

Next, prepare the curd filling: cottage cheese mix sugar and add vanillin. Then we add natural unsweetened yogurt, eggs and stir everything in a homogeneous mass blender. Then pour the starch and gently stir with a spoon. Multivark form slightly oiled or lined with baking paper. Top with a pour most of the chocolate chips. We pour out the prepared curd filling from above. We close it with the remains of a crumb and lightly press it into the filling. We select the program "Baking" and choose the time on the board for 50 minutes. After the sound signal, the peat pie in the multivark will be ready. While the cake is hot, the filling will be a bit thin, and when it cools down, it will become denser.
