Delicious marinade with soy sauce for pork ribs in the oven
Ingredients:
Calculation of 1 kg of pork ribs:
- soy sauce - 65 ml;
- vegetable refined oil - 50 ml;
- tomato paste - 60 g;
- mustard - 25 g;
- honey liquid - 15 g;
- purified water - 110 ml;
- lemon juice - 25 ml;
- onion - 180 g;
- cloves of garlic - 5-6 pcs .;
- cumin - to taste;
- ground paprika - 10 g;
- black ground pepper - 5 g;
- red ground pepper - to taste;
- salt is large - 15 g or to taste.
Preparation
Onions and garlic are rid of husks and shred by small cubes or rings. We put onion-garlic mass in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and knead it with a few hands. Then pour in soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice and water. Add tomato paste, mustard and honey, season with a mass of cumin, ground paprika, ground black and red pepper, top up the previously boiled and chilled water and mix. In the resulting marinade, soak properly prepared pork ribs and let them marinate for several hours. It is ideal to leave them in the refrigerator for the night, and then start cooking.
When baking ribs in the oven, we spread them on an oiled sheet of foil, laid on a baking tray, and next we place fire-resistant utensils, into which we pour the remains of the marinade. During cooking, we water them with ribs every fifteen minutes. The temperature regime of the oven should be at 175 degrees, and the cooking time depends on the desired degree of softness, but should be at least one hour.
Pork ribs in a honey-mustard marinade on the grill
Ingredients:
- pork ribs - 950 g;
- vegetable refined oil - 20 ml;
- mustard - 25 g;
- honey liquid - 30 g;
- purified water - 40 ml;
- black ground pepper - 5 g;
- spices for meat - to taste;
- salt is large - to taste.
Preparation
In the bowl, mix the necessary amount of mustard, liquid honey, vegetable oil and water, add a little salt, ground pepper and spices for meat, stir and rub from all sides pre-washed and dried pork ribs. We leave them in the refrigerator for several hours for pickling, and then we put it on the grate and cook it on the grill, in a moderate heat, periodically turning over and pouring the remaining marinade.

- vegetable refined oil - 40 ml;
- honey liquid - 80 g;
- purified water - 220 ml;
- cloves of garlic - 3-4 pcs .;
- black ground pepper - 5 g;
- red ground pepper - to taste;
- salt is large - to taste.
Preparation
For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, liquid honey and purified water in a bowl, add the peeled and crushed garlic cloves and mix. Pork ribs mine, we dip from moisture, cut into portions, a little salt, season with ground red and black pepper and pour for two or three hours previously prepared marinade.
Rinse the ribs with fried vegetable oil from all sides to a ruddy color, and then pour the marinade in which they are soaked, reduce the intensity of the fire to a minimum and cook under the lid for forty or fifty minutes.
