Recipe for baked beef in a sleeve in the oven

Well washed out a solid (preferably oblong) piece of beef. Potatoes are cut into long, but not thin slices. We combine cream in a large pial with fat mayonnaise. We dried the dried beef piece carefully, from all sides it is rubbed with large salt, but we put the potatoes with onion rings into a deep bowl, sprinkle the salt with salt and mix. On a piece of meat, make deep cuts at a distance of 1.5 centimeters, so that the beef looked like a folding book. Half of the mixture of cream and mayonnaise is well spread a piece of meat in all available places, and the second part of our sauce is put in a bowl with potatoes and, evenly mixing, distribute. In the existing cuts, insert one piece of fresh lemon.

In a sleeve designed for baking, we put a little potatoes, then in the center we place a piece of meat, which is also covered with potatoes on the sides and in the front. Tying the sleeve, place it on a wide baking tray, which we put into the oven, already heated to 200 degrees. Bake the dish for 1 hour and 25 minutes, but 15 minutes before the end cut the sleeve and well all brown.

A washed solid piece of beef tenderloin is immersed in a deep bowl with milk whey and let the meat stand for 1.5 hours. After, every chunk of peeled garlic is cut into slices and in the holes made in the knife in the meat push these slices. In a saucer, combine the salt with a mixture of peppers and aromatic spices, stir and rub all the meat from all sides. In a small bowl, pour soy sauce and stir mustard in it. Now, with this mixture, we smear the tenderloin and place it in a cut off sleeve of sufficient size, which we close and move to the oven, placing it on a baking sheet. At 210 degrees, cook the boiled pork for 60 minutes, and for rouge keep beef in the oven for another 10 minutes, cutting the sleeve on top.

Meat on skewers, baked in a sleeve

In a convenient container we combine fatty mayonnaise, spicy ketchup and pour into them a salty soy sauce. Prepare properly the flesh of pork for cooking and cut it into 5-6 centimetric pieces. Put them in a bowl with high sides, sprinkle individually to your taste with pepper and pour the prepared marinade, mix all the meat and leave it aside for about forty minutes. Next, pieces of meat are pinned on wooden skewers and place them neatly into the sleeve, so that it does not tear. On a suitable baking tray place shish kebabs, closed in a sleeve and bake them for about one hour at 205 degrees. Then we turn on the "Grill" in the oven and, cutting the sleeve wide, keep the meat for about 8-10 minutes.
