How to cook a pizza at home fast - a recipe in the oven
In summer, you should not miss the chance to use the assortment of vegetables to the maximum. That's why we decided to include fresh zucchini in the filling of our pizza, and the classic tomato sauce is replaced with soft goat cheese topping mixed with lemon juice.
Ingredients:
- base for pizza - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- mozzarella - 165 g;
- lemon - ½ pcs .;
- goat cheese - 115 g;
- zucchini - 1 piece;
- green onions - 3 feathers.
Preparation
You can use the ready-made semi-finished pizza base or prepare the dough from scratch.
Prepare the base for the pizza by stretching it with your hands in a disc the diameter of which corresponds to your baking dish. Mix the soft goat cheese with lemon juice and chopped garlic, and then distribute the resulting mixture over the surface of the cake. Top thinly cut the zucchini, sprinkle all the mozzarella and send the baked at 250 degrees for 10-11 minutes.
Cooking pizza at home in the oven - a simple recipe
A universal recipe for a pizza dough, air top and crunchy at the bottom, is the dream of any pizza lover. We will share this recipe with you. And although its composition certainly will not be called classic, the result is beyond praise.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- milk - 215 ml;
- fresh yeast - 75 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- flour - 805 g;
- baking powder - 5 g;
- yoghurt - 345 g.
For filling:
- grated cheese - 195 g;
- pepperoni - 10 circles;
- a handful of olives;
- tomato sauce - 215 ml.
Preparation
Before you make a pizza at home in the oven, lightly heat the milk and dilute it with fresh yeast. When the latter are activated, add the remaining ingredients to the yeast mixture and mix the soft dough. You can start working with the test right away, dividing it into portions of the desired size, rolling it out, and laying it on a baking sheet. Let the cake stand in the heat for 15 minutes before baking, then cover everything with a layer of sauce, grated cheese, pepperoni and olives. Leave to bake at 175 degrees 20 minutes.
How to cook a Chicago house pizza in the oven?
Unlike their Italian counterparts, Chicago pizza is prepared on a dough with the addition of corn flour, which is laid out in a deep form for baking or in a pan and filled with an abundance of sauce and fillings. It turns out a kind of pizza-pie - very satisfying and incredibly appetizing.
Ingredients:
For the basis:
- wheat flour - 410 g;
- corn flour - 55 g;
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- water - 295 ml;
- Butter - 65 ml.
For filling:
- tomato sauce - 430 ml;
- grated cheese - 445 g;
- Italian sausages - 420 g;
- grated parmesan - 55 g.
Preparation
Before you bake a pizza at home in the oven, do the dough.
Roll out the cake and place it in a baking dish with high beads, greased with oil and sprinkled with corn flour. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the bottom, then pour the sauce and sprinkle everything with fried and crumbled Italian sausages. Pour out the remaining cheese and leave to bake for 20 minutes at 230 degrees.
