For real tar-tara, beef is not passed through the meat grinder, but is cut very finely. In the dishes with chopped meat, add chopped parsley, onions and capers. We also lay out the sauce and mustard, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, salt, pepper. All components are thoroughly mixed.
