Cut from the strip of dough stripes 30 cm long and 3 cm wide and each of them, in a spiral, is wound on a metal cone so that each new turn is slightly found on the previous one. Lubricate the dough with egg and, if desired, sprinkle with sugar. Spread the cones on a baking tray and at a temperature of 240 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. After this, the tubes are carefully removed from the mold and cooled.

Cooking cream: chilled whipped whipped in thick foam. Then we prepare the syrup: add sugar to the sugar and melt it on the fire. Then, without stopping whisking, pour syrup into squirrels into squirrels, then add lemon juice and vinegar.
