History of Valle Castle
In the annals, the castle Valle begins to appear in 1330, and the owner is a certain Aeschild Kraige. In the XV century, the castle undergoes some administrative changes - it is divided into the western and eastern parts. Each one was a separate estate. That is characteristic, approximately from the same period the destiny of the lock is closely connected with a female hand. Men, by the way, stay in the castle after sunset was strictly prohibited.

However, the farther away from the castle, the less noticeable is the person's hand - the park gradually turns into a full-fledged forest. By the way, the neighborhood of the castle in the XIX century were transformed into romantic landscapes, which completely satisfied the refined taste of ladies. The basis was French gardens in 1720, and the lime avenues of Valle enjoyed great popularity. But later the garden was rebuilt somewhat, and found the typical English features.
How to get there?
You can get from Køge st. by train in the direction of Rødvig st., to the station Vallø st. From the station to the destination, you will have to walk about 2.5 km, as there is no other public transport to the castle.
