Minced meat (it's best to take pork and beef in half) salt, pepper, add spices, then mix with onion, previously finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil. Add the raw egg and mix it well. Now add the breadcrumbs and mold the "little bits" of oblong form, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil, then transfer it to the saucepan. Pour bits of mince with sauce from sour cream, a little diluted with water with the addition of salt, pepper and spices. Place the sauté pan on the middle fire, cover it with a lid and cook for 20-25 minutes.

The same recipe you can use to make minced meatballs in a multivarquet for a couple - perfect for those who prefer diet food, and also suitable for children. At the bottom of the pot, pour 3 cups of water and put the crocheted eggs in a steaming basket. Set the "Steam cooking" mode and the timer for 40 minutes.

Mix the minced meat with eggs, add the cooled onion, salt, pepper, and whisk thoroughly before a lush, homogeneous mass. Then mix with breadcrumbs and mix again. We form from the forcemeat a little bit, we pour it in flour and fry in vegetable oil. We put ready-made bits on a baking tray or baking dish and bring it to the ready in a preheated oven (180-190g degrees) for about 15-20 minutes.

Now prepare the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream with water, salt, spices, mix well and pour bits of minced meat in the oven. Close the oven and cook another 15 minutes. We give the little bitches to stand for about 6-7 minutes in the oven and can serve.

For this recipe, you do not have to take beef and pork, you can make chicken paste bits, and filled with sour cream sauce, they will turn out juicy and tender. By the way, the sauce can take not only sour cream, but creamy or tomato - it's a matter of your taste and preferences.

You can also prepare this dish with the addition of inside the filling - mushrooms or cheese.
