So you want sometimes to please your family with something delicious and unusual, especially when children are constantly asking to buy them chocolates, and you shudder at the thought of it. And the truth is, before you buy sweets in stores, you should first look at the ingredients of the product being sold. There you will see a lot of incomprehensible components, even from a distance not reminiscent of natural products. An excellent alternative in such cases is the opportunity to make a cake "Snickers" at home.

How to cook a cake "Snickers"?

Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk with sugar until thick. In turn, add the yolks, whilst continuing to beat. Mix cocoa with sour cream and pour into egg mass, then add flour with baking powder and mix well. The dough should turn liquid. Divide it into two parts. For a baking dish, oil it and pour one part of the dough into it. Bake cakes for half an hour each in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Start to prepare the filling for the "Snickers" cake. In a small saucepan bring the milk to a boil and slowly pour semolina and sugar, constantly stirring. Cool the porridge and, putting oil into it, whisk the mixer to a homogeneous mass. To prepare the second cream, chop the crackers and mix with peanuts and condensed milk.

On a flat plate lay out the cake and spread it with cream from manga. In the second layer, put the cream out of the condensed milk with peanuts, then boil the cream again and cover with the second crust. Chocolate melt in a water bath, and pour them a cake from above. Decorate the dessert at your discretion. For better impregnation and hardening of the glaze, put the cake for a while in the refrigerator.

Butter, soften, add condensed milk and whisk until smooth. Cookies chop and combine with whipped mass. Mix everything well. Place on a flat dish in a smooth circle 3 cm high. Fry the peanuts and lay them on top. Pour cocoa, sugar and sour cream, then put on a fire and bring to a boil. As soon as the mixture boils, reduce heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the icing from the heat, add a little butter and mix. Pour glaze nuts and clean for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Your cake is ready.

Separate the squirrels from the yolks and put them in the refrigerator. Yolks pound with a half of softened butter and 100 grams of sugar. Put in the flour, stir well and clean for about half an hour in the refrigerator. Cover the pan with paper and place the dough on it, evenly distributing it. Whisk the whites with the remaining sugar to a thick firm foam and immediately spread it over the cake. Oven heat up to 160 degrees and bake in it a cake with a meringue for about an hour. Getting out of the oven baking, do not let it cool down - cut into 3 identical parts. Boil condensed milk with butter and miss each cake, sprinkle with peanuts and laying cakes on top of each other. Do not lubricate the top layer. Chocolate melt in a water bath and pour them a cake. Top with peanuts. At night, put the dessert in the refrigerator. In the morning your "Snickers" cake with meringue is ready to serve.
