Cannelloni with chicken and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Fresh champignons - 190 g;
- raw chicken ground meat - 190 g;
- cannelloni - 145 g;
- water filtered - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- cheese of hard varieties;
- Fresh greens ;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- garlic;
- sour cream - 1 item;
- tomato paste - 45 ml;
- spice.
Preparation
Mushrooms are processed, shredded in thin slices and sent to the bowl of the blender. Add the chicken mince and whisk together until smooth. Onion and garlic is peeled, finely chopped and browned in warmed vegetable oil for several minutes. After that, we lay out the prepared forcemeat to the vegetables, mix and season it with spices. Pour a little cold water and stew, stirring. After 15 minutes, put the tomato paste, stir and weak for a few more minutes. The ready stuffing is cooled and stuffed with cannelloni. Now take the glass form, pour the bottom sour cream diluted with water, and lay out our workpieces. Bake the dish for 35 minutes in the oven, and then serve cannelloni with chicken, decorating the top with grated cheese and chopped greens.
