If the young person is not yet 15 years old, he will have to additionally bring a written consent for the employment of one of the parents or guardian. This requirement applies to both Russian citizens and Ukrainian citizens. What vacancies can teenagers offer at the employment center?
A minor can perform work exclusively in his spare time and during school days, and the time he can devote to working life is strictly limited by law.
Both in Russia and in Ukraine, boys and girls aged 14-15 years during the school year should not work more than 2.5 hours a day, and the duration of the work week for them can be no more than 12 hours. Since the age of sixteen, boys and girls can work a little longer - up to 3.5 hours a day and 18 hours a week. During the holidays, this time, respectively, increases by 2 times.
In addition, according to the law, citizens who have not reached the age of 18 can not work in difficult and harmful conditions, carry out business trips and dangerous errands that can harm health, stay overtime and so on. This, of course, narrows the range of search for possible vacancies, so young children in the employment center can offer quite a few options, for example:
- repair of furniture in the school and other auxiliary works;
- landscaping, landscaping and cleaning of territories, repair of playgrounds;
- participation in advertising campaigns, courier activities;
- service concerts and other cultural events and other suitable activities.
In addition, in such institutions, the child can enroll in courses for the training of the chosen specialty, conducted during his free time. In case of successful completion of such courses, the employment center will assist the adolescent in finding employment, including after graduation.
