Then again rinse, dry and mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl. Pour in a little soy sauce to taste and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

In boiling salted water, add a little vinegar. Then we throw the peeled potatoes on a grated potato for Korean carrots and cook after boiling for 3 minutes. Next, throw it into a colander, thoroughly rinse, like pasta, and let it drain properly. Meat cut into thin strips and fry in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until a rosy golden crust.
