  1. The first day can begin with a beet salad with walnuts, prunes and olive oil. For lunch, you need to cook 200 grams of chicken breast with spinach for a couple. For a mid-morning snack, it is better to eat one grapefruit or an apple, and for dinner - fat-free cottage cheese.
  2. On the second day of the fast detox diet, you can eat unsalted and low-fat boiled fish, which is served with cooked broccoli, green beans or spinach. You can drink water and half a glass of celery juice.
  3. Breakfast of the third day should include 200 grams of rice and a glass of celery juice. For lunch, you can afford not more than 300 g of broccoli and greens soup puree with three rye bread. For a snack, you need to boil 200 g of green beans with olive oil. Dinner can be buckwheat porridge with a salad of beets, carrots, cabbage and lemon juice.
  4. During the fourth day, you can drink a mixture of grapefruit juice, lemon and orange in equal amounts, diluted 1 liter of water without gas.
  5. The fifth day of the diet begins with 200 g of fruit salad from apples or citrus and two rye bread. After one hour, you need to eat 250 grams of carrot, celery, cabbage, apple, cranberry and olive oil salad. For lunch - 100 grams of sauerkraut and up to 300 g of bean soup. For dinner, you can afford a salad of carrots or cabbage and 100 grams of fish cooked for a couple.
  6. The sixth day is to start with boiled green beans, in an hour - to drink 250 ml of lemon juice, orange and grapefruit. For lunch, you need to cook buckwheat porridge without salt and a salad of greens. You can eat an apple for lunch, and boiled beans and a tomato with greens for dinner.
  7. During the final day of the detox diet for 7 days, it is worth to divide into 4 meals 1.5 kg of apples with honey, lemon zest and cinnamon.
