For the preparation of curds, we need a silicone, shallow form, which we thoroughly smear with the chocolate melted in the microwave. Then we remove it for 5 minutes in the freezer, and then we take out and again cover the bottom and walls again. Butter is rubbed on a grater, and whisk the curd with a blender until smooth with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. If desired, we add to the mass of nuts, any crushed fruit or candied fruit. Ready curd filling fill in the form, we pour the remaining chocolate on top and clean for 10 minutes in the freezer. After the time, the glazed curds at home are ready!

How to make glazed curds? Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave. Brush a layer of chocolate on the bottom and stenochki silicone molds, so that there are no gaps. Next, we remove them in the refrigerator and note about 20 minutes. This time we prepare the filling: rub the cottage cheese with butter until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add condensed milk, coconut shavings and again carefully rub it to a soft and lush state. Molds with chocolate we take out of the refrigerator, fill with the stuffing prepared by filling and from above evenly distribute the remaining chocolate. Again, remove the curds in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Then gently take them out of the molds and serve them for breakfast or tea snack.

Chocolate we break into pieces, add a little butter to it and melt in a microwave until liquid. Next, leave the chocolate for 5 minutes at room temperature, so that it becomes slightly viscous. After that, using culinary brush, smeared silicone molds with a chocolate mass and remove them for a few minutes in the freezer. Now go to the preparation of the filler: curd mixed with vanilla sugar, put half a serving of cream and crush everything with a blender until a smooth smooth mass is obtained. The remaining cream is combined with butter and sugar powder, and then thoroughly beat the mass to a magnificent, creamy state and mix with the curd portion. Now we take the prepared chocolate molds from the freezer, fill them with cottage cheese and tamp it well. From above lubricate all the remaining chocolate and gently remove the glazed curds in the freezer for exactly 15 minutes. Ready-made delicacy carefully extracted from the molds and fed to the table. Keep such cheese in the refrigerator for more than a week.
