Allow the liquid to evaporate 2/3 before adding broth, tomato paste, cabbage, potatoes and meat. When all the ingredients are on the stove, reduce heat and simmer the meat stew for about 2 hours.

Stew with potatoes can also be made in a multivariate. To do this, all the stages of preparation before adding to the bowl of broth are carried out using the "Baking" mode, and then you should switch to "Quenching".

When the latter become transparent, pour the ground cloves, put cinnamon, chili and chopped garlic. Pour in a mixture of yogurt with nutmeg and stir after a couple of minutes. Finish the dish with coriander and turmeric, pour it over with water so that the liquid covers all the ingredients, then wait for it to boil, cover it with a lid and leave it to warm in a 135-degree oven for 2.5 hours.
