So how do you clean it after all?

So, the pomegranate is bought, and it is time to think about how you are going to clean it. There are several quick ways how to properly and easily clean the grenade.

To begin with, grenades are thoroughly washed. Then we put on such clothes which it is not a pity to soil, or we tie an apron. And we take a deep enough vessel, into which we actually grab the garnet grains. If the dishes are shallow, then you yourself will get dirty with pomegranate juice, and stain the entire kitchen. Take the pomegranate in your hands and cut off the top (the part on which the "crown" of the pomegranate is located) in such a way that you can see its grains and veins that are inside. Then along these veins make cuts all over the grenade. They should be about 7-9 pieces. Turn the garnet with the cut side down over the prepared dishes. It is desirable that the cut is below the edges of the dishes, so that the radius of spraying of pomegranate juice does not go beyond the limits of the container. Then take a regular tablespoon (or you can take the knife you cut) and knock on the grenade. Strikes must be strong enough so that the grains themselves can jump out of the rind. Soon you will see that all the grains are in the container, and you only have an empty peel in your hands. That's all. Now you know how to properly and easily clean a grenade.

There is another way to quickly clean the grenade. To do this, you need to do the same preparatory work as for the first method, namely, to wash the pomegranate, prepare a container, and put on an apron. Then take the pomegranate in your hands and cut off the top and bottom. With a sharp knife, make a shallow incision from one cut top to the other, but not directly, but in a spiral. After that, take the grenade for the slices with two hands, and turn them in different directions. The pomegranate will break on the made notch and you will have a swirled ribbon of pomegranate. And all the grains will be easily accessible. And they can be manually collected in a prepared container.
