We remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand so that it is as soft as a cream. Eggs boil cool and immediately poured cold water. Herring is cleaned, we try to get rid of the bones as much as possible, so that afterwards there are no surprises at the table. We chop the fillet with small cubes. Eggs are cleaned and we separate the proteins and yolks. Greens and onions chopping small, a little you can leave for decoration.

We connect the herring and 100 g of oil, pepper and mix thoroughly. This is the first stuffing. For the second we mix the yolks, another 100 g of butter, greens and onions, you can slightly salted. Now we collect the cake: at the bottom of the plate we will pour a little mayonnaise so that the wafers do not go. We lay out the first cake and spread it with stuffing with herring, we put the next one on it and use it with yellow cream. So alternate, until the cakes are finished. Well, or stuffing.

Now we use the remaining proteins as an ornament, for this we will rub them on a small grater to get air shaving. From above, lightly cover the cake with mayonnaise and pritrushivaem protein. Onions and carrots are cleaned and sliced, you can not finely and not figuratively, just to be convenient to fry. Doing it on refined vegetable oil, we do not need foreign smells. The herring is thoroughly cleaned from the skins and bones, twisting in a meat grinder along with fried onions and carrots. We add butter and mustard to the stuffing, pepper and carefully mix the resulting "cream". Now create a cake, alternating cakes and stuffing. At the topmost layer, spread the cheese (it can be Philadelphia or amber, for your taste), smeared and decorated. For decor, you can use green onions, carrots, cucumber or boiled eggs. All this will not spoil the taste, but will only complement it. Ready dish should stand at least an hour to soak.
