Panic Attack and Neurosis of the Heart

The heart is the most important and sensitive organ of the human body. For any of our experiences, it reacts with accelerated work, which can result in a real panic attack.

Causes of neurosis of the heart

  1. Neurosis of the heart and a panic attack occur against the background of a common neurosis, when a person experiences stress or emotional shock. It is known that stress is a protective function of the body, so the palpitation begins to increase, and the blood circulates faster.
  2. If a person constantly experiences stress , the intensified activity of the heart turns out to be unproductive, and therefore failures begin to occur in his work, which are accompanied by strong feelings and anxiety. This is called neurosis of the heart or vegeto-vascular dystonia.
  3. Neurosis of the heart can also occur with an incorrect lifestyle and irregular sleep. Thus, the body gives people a hint that it is urgent to change something in their life. Regularly engage in physical activity, walk more often and get enough sleep.
  4. If a person drinks a lot of alcohol or coffee, often smokes and does not eat well, this can also be the cause of this neurosis. Urgently revise your diet.
  5. Neurotic states can take their origin from childhood. People may not be aware of them, but they are present in the subconscious. If nothing helps in dealing with this, ask a good therapist.
  6. Neurosis may be accompanied by one or more symptoms: pain, heaviness in the heart, chills, palpitations, nervous overexcitation, fainting, increased pressure, lack of air.

You can drink special drugs, but if possible, learn to control yourself and do without them. Use the above tips, but if nothing helps or the condition is too heavy, consult a doctor.
